I have a mate who has been with `The Hut' for around 15 years and is a support manager (never wanted the hassle of being anything more) and is seriously (again) thinking of leaving because of this change. All they will end up doing is losing the good ones who know what they are doing and are good at it.
Love to know what use the weather report is meant to have. It's not as though they really care about us moped riders (and owner drivers) who are out come rain, wind, ice or snow and we're the ones the weather affects most.
I had to laugh at one of our managers description of the new Calzone pizza as a `Crap Cornish Pasty' lol
i will be looking elsewhere for a job after 4 yrs support....

So is working back to back without the required time in between as i just found out from a solicitor!!!
The employment solicitor where i am has been very helpful and pointed out lots of law breaking that PHUK has been doing!!!!!

yeah me too....i spoke to 2 solicitors and did you know that you have to have 11 hours inbetween shifts, if you don't then say for example you only have 8, the 3 hours that would make it up to 11 have to paid for, so you should have recieved an extra 3 hours pay....also as a minimum you have to have a 48hour break from work every 14 days!!! i have been told that i can not apply for "my job" under the new terms as i am not available 7 days a week ie; because i have children i can't work fridays and saturdays, this also is wrong!!! it is discrimination!!!
Protest against Pizza Hut's totalitarian changes...(facebook group)
Pizza Hut are apparently creating "hundreds" of new positions as Deputy Managers and Managers...so why are they actually shedding jobs and demoting existing staff?

ooooh bugger...can't seem to find the right link...but if you all search for the group as above, we'll be here...and we will keep you as upddated as we are allowed to...I'm not a PH employee either...I CAN AND WILL put anything I find on...
please do not leave your jobs because of this....as my solicitor pointed out, we are all in a strong position because if the terms and conditions do not match what we want from a job or do not suit us....they have to offer us redundency....dont kiss that goodbye.
this is for the surry delivery driver who commented above....please tell your friend not to leave because of this...if he doesn't leave then if the new t&c's of his new contract then he has to be offered redundency....if he leaves then he will be kissing that goodbye, please please tell him i got this advice from one of the top employment soliciters....

Dear All,
Be aware of wrong delivery time given by Pizza hut on online orders
Placed an order Ref No. PH0120455, delivery time was given as 7:25 pm (in email confirmation)
Called the hotline at 7:45 pm and made a complaint and was told that branch will call and explain. Pizza was delivered at around 7:58 pm but no call from branch to explain the reason for delay even till now (8:08 pm). So, if your kids were waiting for it on time you are in trouble.
