McDonalds

McDonalds are unorganised filth bags. They have offered me a job twice since I started at Pizza Hut in some kind of head hunting mission. Why I would take a job which is less per hour, has a team of dimwits and managers who wear white trainers on shift and you can hear bellowing from the other side of centre.

They also never put their deliveries away promptly. Their frozen and chilled deliveries routinely stay in the service area for 2 to 3 hours. Therefore, within that time there is a great opportunity to be nosey, and I am extremely nosey.

I have discovered, they are doing some Oreo related, there is some new chicken and possibly new uniforms?

Sorry for that let down, but I 'spose it is ok if you are someone who has a particular interest in McDonald's uniforms and enjoys Oreos and chicken.

If the Macdonalds frozen and chilled delveries really are staying in the service area for 2 to 3 hours, there are severe health and safety implications... semi-thawed food being subsequently refrozen? A real no no with the local health inspectors..

When are they being shut down?

Well pizza hut aint no better at pay and looking after staff......in the next few weeks all supports and deputys will be having meetings with area managers to be told there will be one support, one RGM, one deputy per store and the rest will be demoted with no guaranteed hours and only four weeks notice of wage reduction..........Any comments????????????

as an ex employee of mcdonalds i have to say that they are quite good employers....i left my job there 7 years ago as a shift manager and was earning 7.72 per hour, i currently work for pizza hut as a support manager and earn 6.76 per hour, in 2 weeks time i will be sat down in front of the area manager and will be told that i have to be demoted back to being a waitress with no gaurentee of hours and if i dont like it i will shown the door. I thik i may consider going back to mcdonalds as they do give their managers christmas bonuses and regular pay related performance reviews, also i might add that they have very strict regulations regarding food and health and safety, so what is the better option????

where i am based we have a support on £7.10 one on £6.71 and £6.81 ph

So pizza huts pay is shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you become a sit on the bench manager after the reshuffle i would tell em to stick it up their cheap arse holes

yeah well that is exactly what it is....cheap....cost cutting. Think i would rather just be waitressing than a "bench" manager, talk about feeling like being used!!!!
I don't know why they don't just join chiqitos and franky and bennys and except gratuity tips and pay staff less than the minimum wage to compensate!!!!
