Just thought I'd post again today regarding my course tomorrow. I have been reading through the Expert Training Workbook, and one point that I must remember is...
'Caution the customer that box containing hot items might be hot'. Yeah ok - I'll do that.
"Sir, please be aware that this pizza which has just come out of the 256C oven may be hot, and as a result, the box may also be hot."
Are customers really that thick? I'll post a picture of the book.

Have a comment from a student that works part time in a Supermarket. However, I've worked on a Supermarket hot pizza counter and also spent a period of time working on at an authentic Italian Pizzeria as a Pizza chef.
Suffice to say the Pizza Hut style pizza that's taken through an oven on a conveyor belt doesn't impress or delight me. None the less, kudos for coping with the bastards that are customers.
At least now a days when I have to deal with customers I get given some nice butcher knives to discourage idiots....
"Are customers really that thick?"
Do you really have to ask? The majority aren't, of course, but there's always one.
Chart...not me who decides how the pizza is cooked...but with over 33,000 branches in the world - people obviously like their pizza!
For some info on properly amazing pizzas, check out http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pizza-Slice-Heaven-ed-Levine/dp/0789312050/sr=8-4/qid=1158619373/ref=sr_1_4/202-7211355-8846253?ie=UTF8&s=gateway
The book's inspiring to say the least when it comes to pizzas.
Either way, I'm partial to a Pizza hut when I cant be bothered going out for a pizza and delivery is the only option to feed me!
Just reading archive for first time.
I work with the public, telephone based.
Yes they are that stupid.
I asked someone for their name yesterday and she said
'I don't understand'!!!
